This practice helps us move through difficult times and emotions in full awareness and compassion.

First, we use inner Qigong to open and align our three energy centres (physical, emotional, mental). Then we bring in negative emotions and transform them into positive frequencies.

I practised this for 100 days during a personal crisis to help move through all that I was holding. It is a combination of Qigong + Tantric active meditation.
