Nurturing Emotional Intelligence Through Energy Alchemy

Qigong Energy Alchemy is designed to help children understand and transform their emotions through playful interaction with energy, breath, and imagination. We share that emotions are energy in motion and empower them to:

• Recognize and name feelings

• Transform emotions through movement and breath

• Build emotional resilience and self-awareness

• Find belonging in ourselves

Sample Practice

• Humming with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Harmonium: Cultivating calm in the nervous system

• Building the Qi Ball of Energy: Become aware of one's own life force

• Emotional Alchemy Through Movement: Use the elements to playfully navigate different states without labelling them as good or bad

Join Us

This program is recommended for children ages 5-9. No prior experience is needed—just a curious heart and a playful spirit.

When:  Last Sundays in the afternoon
