Qigong Inner Alchemy is the art of energetically aligning our three bodies—the vital, astral, and mental. As our field comes into harmony, transformation becomes a living process in which we embody the frequency of higher fields in Akasha and the direct experience of infinity within Non-Dual Light.

Through this living practice, we transmute energy in awareness, cultivating life force as a conscious frequency that shapes our reality.

A Living Spiral of Practice

Each session flows through the mechanics of the harmonic phases—from stillness to expansion to embodiment. This mirrors the universal structure of remembrance, guiding us to resonate as the cosmos in form.

• Building Qigong ball (energy awareness)

• Qigong brushing (awaken the vital body)

• Tuning into elemental powers (earth, water, fire, air)

• Three transformations of our centers of gravity (vital, astral, mental)

• Be in harmonic resonance of higher frequencies: Akasha and Non-Dual Light (ether)
